Luke: Storm Chaser

Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 7, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 7, 2026

The short version Luke: Storm Chaser collects no information at all. It has no accounts, no advertising, no analytics, and no internet connection. Nothing about you or your child leaves the device, because nothing is ever gathered in the first place.

This policy explains how the mobile game Luke: Storm Chaser (the "App"), published by Luke's Family Games ("we", "us"), handles information. We wrote it in plain language on purpose, because the App is made for young children and their parents deserve a clear answer.

Information we collect

None. The App does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any personal information or any other data.

Type of dataCollected?
Name, email address, or contact detailsNo
Account or login credentialsNo
Location or GPS dataNo
Photos, camera, microphone, or contactsNo
Device identifiers or advertising IDsNo
Usage analytics or crash reportsNo
Persistent cookies or tracking technologiesNo
Payment or billing informationNo

The App works entirely offline

Once installed, the App makes no network requests of any kind. It does not communicate with our servers or anyone else's, and it will run normally on a device with the internet switched off completely.

No third-party software

The App contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs), libraries, or services. There is no advertising network, no analytics provider, no social media integration, and no cloud service embedded in it. No outside company receives information about your use of the App, because no such information is produced or sent.

No advertising and no purchases

The App shows no advertisements of any kind, and contains no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or links to external stores or websites. Children cannot be led out of the App or prompted to spend money inside it.

Game progress and scores

Your score, current stage, and lives exist only in the device's temporary memory while the App is open, and are discarded when it closes. If a future version of the App saves a high score, that score will be stored only on the device itself, will contain no personal information, and will never be transmitted anywhere. It can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

The App is directed to children and is intended to be appropriate for all ages. We comply with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and comparable protections for children in other regions, including the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and Japan.

Because the App collects no personal information whatsoever from anyone, including children under the age of 13:

If you are a parent or guardian and you have a question or concern about your child's privacy in relation to the App, please contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

Device permissions

The App requests no device permissions. It does not access the camera, microphone, location, storage, contacts, calendar, or any other protected feature of the device.

Data security

The strongest protection for data is not to collect it. Since the App gathers and transmits nothing, there is no stored personal information that could be lost, breached, or misused.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect. If a future version of the App were ever to begin collecting any data, we would say so clearly here and, where the law requires it, obtain verifiable parental consent first.
