Luke: Storm Chaser

The floor is lava. The sky is worse.

Three ways to play

Every few stages the game changes shape entirely, so it never settles into one rhythm.

Lava climb

Race up a crumbling tower while the lava rises underneath you. Dodge the lightning, or ride a tornado for a boost.

Jungle swing

Grab a vine over a lava pit and it swings like a real pendulum. Pump left and right to build height, then let go and fly.

Storm maze

The view flips overhead. Hunt three hidden keys through a dark cellar while wisps patrol and lava puddles flare on a timer.

Why we made it

My son loves two things: playing the floor is lava on every piece of furniture we own, and watching storms roll across the sky. So I built him a game about both.

Then I went looking for other games to put on his tablet and found the same thing over and over — bright, loud, free, and quietly engineered to sell something to a six-year-old. Timers that beg you to pay. Ads between every level. Buttons a kid can't tell from the game itself.

So I finished this one properly and put it in the store, because other families are looking for the same thing I was.

Inside the game

Twelve stages, three difficulty modes, hundreds of crystals and coins, two secret warp zones and a giant tornado at the end.
